USA & Canada

USA 

In May and June 2007 I visited the USA!Starting with a trip to stay with friends in Maine, we travelled up the New England coastline to Acadia National Park together and I then visited Boston and New York before joining a small group tour to cross the USA from New York to Los Angeles. (www.suntrek.com) This amazing trip included 17 states, several National Parks and some major US cities along the way including encounters with live volcanoes, wild bears, moose, coyotes and prairie dogs! After the group tour, I spent a week in Seattle exploring this fabulous city and the incredible scenery of Washington State, before flying to Montana for some cowboy fun at the Sweet Grass Ranch near Melville and a short visit to the Battle ground of the Little Bighorn.

CANADA  

In July 2007 I visited  Canada to explore the Rockies including time in Calgary with friends to enjoy the world famous Stampede rodeo!Read about both North American trips on my previous blog site: http://kirstygrant.blogspot.com
